The city’s CBD could soon be the site of 16 inner city apartments. 

BG Properties Group is seeking a development permit for a material change of use for a multiple residential building containing 16 units at 1 Hancock Street. 

The proposed site consists of one lot with a total area of 1,787sqm and proposes ten two bedroom units and six one bedroom units.

Thirty-two car parks would be located on the ground floor level, with two units on the ground floor to the rear boundary and the remainder on the two levels above.
