Almost $8.8 million in Federal Government funding has been granted to the Scenic Rim Regional Council to upgrade a road outside Beaudesert and to build new bridges at Kooralbyn, Kents Lagoon, Canungra and south of Beaudesert.

The funding was announced by Assistant Minister for Road Safety and Freight
