At All Saints’ Primary School, Year 6 students have the opportunity to nominate for a position on a committee each semester, to work in service to the school community.
The new semester is underway and new committees have been formed, and Committee Leaders have been elected.
“Each committee is responsible for various events and jobs, from running the school’s morning assembly to monitoring the worm farm, raising the Australian flag each day and serving toast to students each week,” said Principal Shane Seymour.
“All Year 6 students are involved in the leadership committees, working collaboratively in service to the school community.”
