Couple breathe new life into historic homestead

IN FEBRUARY a historic eight-hectare property in Boyland hit the property market.
In recent history Clandulla Cottages had been used as an agritourism business and all ingredients needed for a farm stay venture were in place.
In February Matt and Nambok Howard were looking for somewhere to build or create a place tourists could stay while enjoying everything the Scenic Rim has to offer.The two merged and now the 36-year-olds own the property on 312 Boyland Road.
