A childcare centre has been proposed for an unused allotment in Brassall.

Applicants, Yahka Childcare are hoping to win approval for a centre with 120 places for children, aged zero to six.

The development application to the Ipswich City Council shows a single storey building proposed for the land at 214-220 Pine Mountain Road, Brassall.

The applicants are seeking a development permit and a rezoning of the land
