Eight Scenic Rim schools closed due to flooding

Several schools throughout the Scenic Rim have been closed today.

The decision was made to close the schools by Education Queensland due to concerns about continued flooding and road closures. 

The following schools were closed as of Friday morning:

  • Aratula State School
  • Boonah State High School
  • Boonah Primary School
  • Mt Alford State School
  • Cedar Creek State School
  • Hillview State School
  • Logan Village State School
  • Kooralbyn International School
