Ipswich and Beaudesert police stations will receive four recruits as they begin their careers with the QPS as First Year Constables (FYC).
Ipswich, Springfield, Goodna and Beaudesert station will each welcome one recruit, who will undertake their station-based training in the region.
The recruits are part of a cohort of 53, who have spent the past six months at the academy and will now undertake a further 12 months of training as FYCs, where they are assessed on their management of a range of real-world policing scenarios.
