SCENIC Rim Mayor Tom Sharp has accused council management of gaslighting by making a complaint against him to the Office of the Independent Assessor (OIA) in a move to divert attention away from an issue he raised.

The complaint has since been dismissed by the OIA as an “unjustifiable use
