Top performers in residential Scenic Rim properties

Land values in the towns and villages in the Fassifern out distanced most of the rest of the Scenic Rim according to the new valuations released last week by the Valuer General.

Residential land in Beaudesert and Gleneagle underwent a nil increase and Tamborine Mountain land increased by only 2%.

However urban land in western Scenic Rim showed a marked increase in value over the two years since the last valuation.
