THE judging of the stud beef at the Brisbane Ekka on Friday and Saturday could be promoted as a line up of supremes – champions from district shows in Queensland and across the border vying for the penultimate tri-colour ribbons in the interbreed competitions.

More than 25 breeds have been nominated to go before the judges, this year.
