MORE than 50 people gathered at the Boonah War Memorial on Remembrance Day on Thursday to recognise the Fallen and those who served.
Past and present Service personnel and families and community members were joined by more than 100 Boonah Primary School students during the Service led by Boonah RSL President David McMaugh.
The fence around the memorial enclosure was decorated with poppies made by the students.
And while wreaths were laid on the World War I cenotaph and the stands housing the World War II name plaques, RSL members added a red poppy against all the names in the two stands.
