A single vehicle accident on the Boonah Fassifern Road has reduced traffic flow to one lane in the vicinity of the intersection with Kents Pocket Road.

The accident, according to the Queensland Police Service, happened around 2pm when the vehicle left the road and went down an embankment.

Police, Ambulance and Fire services are at the scene however it is understood that no one was injured.

Traffic control around the accident is expected to remain in place until the scene is cleared.
